REFUND POLICY

Change of mind

We believe in our products, therefore we will happily refund you if an order doesn't meet your expectations as long as it is returned:

  1. Within 14 days of receiving the item
  2. Unused and unbroken 
  3. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. We recommend you return the package with the original foam.

Pretty Organised is unable to refund an item where the packaging and/or product is damaged or marked. 

Refunds are only available for the original method of payment used on the order and are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. If the payment method used is no longer available, or the purchase has been made more than 3 months earlier, we are able to offer a credit note.

Please note we do not offer free return on sale items.

Steps to Return

Step 1: Please contact us at info@prettyorganised.com.au for a return form and we will email it to you immediately!

Step 2: Return your items with the original packaging (if possible) as they are easily damaged if they do not have the appropriate support. 

Step 3: Return your items to the address detailed on your Return Form. The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

Upon safe receipt of your returned unused item, we will inspect the item before advising you by email that a refund has been processed. We will refund your item at the purchase price.  

Order cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order, which has not yet been dispatched, please contact us in writing at info@prettyorganised.com.au. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us.

Faulty/wrong items

We aim to deliver quality products however, if you believe your item is faulty/wrong, please email info@prettyorganised.com.au as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging an exchange, repair or refund. Please help us by quoting your order number, name and address and specify the details about the product and whether it's faulty or delivered incorrectly. 

When returning a faulty/wrong item we ask that you please follow the steps from the section "Steps to return" section.
